78. The decision must include reasons and be sent without delay to the persons concerned and to the centre.

78. The review committee shall inform forthwith the persons concerned and the centre of its decision and of the reasons on which it is based.

78. Following the report of the delegate and the hearing, if any, the review committee shall decide the application and inform forthwith the parties and the centre of the final decision and of the reasons on which it is based.
